Real Estate 28 has been set up by Michael Wishart, an experienced landlord in the single let sector and is fortunate to have the full support of Rick Gannon and his team at New Era, who are there in the back ground guiding and training in this new exciting adventure.

The aim of Real Estate 28 is to always treat people with respect and integrity, and ensuring any issues are resolved quickly through the relationships that have been built up with local, trusted tradespeople. This is evident in the positive relationships between tenants and a successful Selective Licensing inspection from the Local Authority.

The next chapter in this journey is to extend the property portfolio of Real Estate 28 to include HMO and SA properties and  to unlock great opportunities in the rental market through smart, flexible strategies like rent-to-rent, angel investors and more.​
